The problem
Remembering who is doing what can become work in itself. A shared task tool needs to make responsibility visible without turning everyday life into project management.
The approach
Keep the shared list at the centre. Make assignment, timing and completion easy to see, with quick capture and widgets that bring the list into everyday routines.
